Early Childhood Teacher (Nominated Supervisor)

Reporting to the School Manager, the Nominated Supervisor works  as part of the management team  to champion Kinma’s Core and Guiding Principles, which dovetail with the Early Years Learning Framework.  You will: 

•    Co- create quality programs for all children considering the whole group and the individual with intelligence and heart

•    develop strong relationship with families and support their understanding of progressive education and the principles of the NQF      

We are seeking an innovative and collegial leader who:

• can lead
• has excellent interpersonal  and communication skills.
• Has a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) including the implementation of the National Law and National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), assessment and quality rating process and National Learning Frameworks including the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)is
• is confident updating policies and procedures and has strong organisational skills
• Can manage the day to day operation of Preschool
